Hi-Point Firearms are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you are having trouble reassembling your firearm, please try the JHP 45 ACP Disassembly Instruction Sheet prior to contacting us for service.
To Obtain Service Under Warranty on a Hi-Point Model JHP, JH or JS 45 ACP Handgun:

Contact us by phone 419-225-8297 or by email hipoint45@ymail.com to speak to a technician about the problem you are having.

If we are unable to correct the problem over the phone and/or email, please print the Instructions for Returning a Firearm for Repair form and follow the directions. Include in the box a copy of the original sales receipt or photo ID. Send in the handgun (along with the magazine) through a Federal Firearms License Holder to:
